How To Use
1. SOFTEN: Submerge the tray in near boiling water (200 F) for eight seconds until it becomes soft and flexible.
2. SHAPE: Briefly let cool and then place over teeth. Press gently with your fingers to mold it to your unique smile.
3. SET & TRIM: Hold in place for 30 seconds, then remove. Dip in cool water to set. Trim any excess material for a clean, comfortable fit.
4. APPLY & WEAR: Add a small amount of gel to the inner front surface of your custom tray—less is more. Insert the tray and leave it in place for 8-10 minutes.
Tips & Tricks
Start with a Clean Slate: Brush and floss before whitening to remove surface debris—this ensures the gel contacts your teeth directly.
Dry Your Teeth: Gently blot your teeth with a tissue before inserting trays. A dry surface helps the gel work more effectively.
Use the Right Amount: Apply a thin, even layer of gel to your trays. Using too much won’t make teeth whiter—it can just cause gum irritation.
Stay Consistent: Consistency is key for even, natural results.
Limit Stain-Causing Foods & Drinks: During your whitening process, avoid coffee, red wine, tea, and dark sauces when possible—or rinse with water right after.
Take Care of Sensitivity: If teeth feel sensitive, take a break for a day or use a sensitivity toothpaste alongside whitening.
Maintain Your Results: Touch up occasionally with your trays when you notice stains creeping back. Pair with regular brushing and professional dental cleanings.
